I really like the idea of the two skulls merging together and the hands, i will do some more thumbnails or various designs and really push forward on what they may look like.

I really like where you're going with the physical distortion of hands and face - those are really key elements that make people recognisably human, so twisting them makes it immediately obvious that all is not well. The skull drawings in particular look great, I can't wait to see where you take this!
